I totally agree with a candidate focused approach to recruitment - but that really is nothing new. Look after your candidates and they will generate leads and referrals for you. Place a candidate in a good position and they also potentially become a hiring manager. It makes sense to look after candidates - most experienced recruitment professionals will do just that.
