Sagepay & Sage Accounts Integration

I wonder if anyone can help me please. We have just started up an online shop and I have set up the Integration between Sage Pay and my Sage Accounts Package. However when the Invoice is created in Sage from the download the Customer order no created on the Website doesnt show. Does anyone know how to fix this?
