ICAS Cost V Benfit Analysis

Hi All

Need some urgent help on the cost benefit anaylsis. I have all my costs
but how do I work out the benefits, ie like new accounting system.

This is my second attemp and my benefits are letting me down
any help would be helpful. want to get this off today

In your recommendation, did you say what the benefit was for implementing a new accounting system?

If so, you should be able to calculate/detail the benefits, both tangible and intangible.
