Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me!! I'm doing the project based on my company and i've become stuck on
PIC 1.2 describe the purpose, structure and organisation of the accounting function and its relationships with other functions with the organisation.

Can i just do an organisation chart for this section to show what each accounting function does? I've been doing my project all day and now i have brain freeze!!

    Hiya,

    Pretty much yes. It will cover it, i think the criteria is trying to make you show the relationships you have with the business.

    Eg Payroll functions usually work with HR with regard to absences/maternity etc so that paychecks are accurate.

    An org chart won't detail the relationships but will be a great visual aid for the structure of the company.
