in AAT Level 3 (Level 6 in Scotland)
May seem a bit of a stupid question but can anyone tell me how you would "change the format of all numerical cells to currency rounded to the nearest £"?

    You need to do the =round function

    I think from memory to round to nearest £ you would =ROUND(A1,0) - where A1 is the cell where you have entered the amount to be rounded?

    You highlight the cells you want to alter then go to format cells, choose currency and you can then set the rounding there, to 2 dp or more, 1 dp or 0 dp which will give you to the nearest £

    for some reason was thinking it meant round all of them up and couldn't see a way of doing it except individually!
