limited company set up

Hi I need to set up a limited company for my client (small company)

Can anyone help me with a check list (step by step guide) to make sure i set everything up in order and file with the the right people.
I have not done the set up before so want to make sure i get it right
any info would be really appreciated thanks

If you have a look at the form IN01, which is the form used to incorporate a company, it will give you a clear idea of the information needed. Also, have a look at

Also, as an MIP, just make sure you are licensed with AAT for limited companies too.

In Addition once the LTD starts trading you will need top utilize the hmrc to register for various taxes.

Corporation tax
PAYE + NI (Even if its jsut 1 director)
VAT ( IF over the threshold)]

Your client can authorise you as an agent to do this, and you can gain more fees :P
