Personal and Business tax- under which legislation act?

Hi again, I've decided to take 2 next exams (Personal Taxation and Business Tax) between January and March 2013. And now I'm confused because of Finance Act. I don't know which books to choose, I think they should be that which cover year 2011/12 tax year, but I'm no sure as on Osborne books website they wrote that from January will be probably (as I understand) assessment for Finance Act 2012, not 2011. Please, help. Thx

When you book your exam you will have to let them know which finance act you are covering so they book you in for the right exam.0
