Letter of Engagement between MIP and Accountancy Practice

I am going to do some work for the clients of an accountancy practice. As the accountants have LOE and money laundering in place with the clients I just need to do a LOE with the accountancy practice. Does anyone have a LOE suitable for a contract between a MIP and an accountancy practice (my usual LOE and the samples are not suitable). Thank you

    Hi Julia

    I am not sure if it is a Letter of Engagement you need rather than a subcontractors agreement as it sounds as though you will be subcontracting to the accountants. If so, there is a template for a subcontractors agreement in the MIP zone of the AAT website.
