Capital allowances on building improvements - Anyone want a client?

Hi all,
I have a client who runs a pub. He has purchased the property and made extensive improvements to it. Typically, my clients' capital allowances run to a purchase of a laptop, so I'd like to subcontract this part of my client's work to someone with more experience regarding building improvements.
