Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody could give me some information on graduate schemes with big corporations. Can we get into these schemes with an AAT qualification as apposed to an actual degree? Any help and guidance would be much appreciated :-)

    Hello Liam

I'm not sure that you would qualify as the AAT qualification is not a degree. You may like to research and write to the organisations which you are interested in working for to see if they have any other trainee scheme which you could join with the AAT qualification.

    Good luck.

    Hi Liam,
There are a few accountancy practices that would consider an AAT qualified student maybe with some experience for a ACA training contract (Graduate schemes). Experience would definitely help your application aswell. I do not think industry based companies would, but there is no harm in trying as the AAT allows for around 5 exemptions from ACA/CIMA.
