Companies House Direct login

So, I've got a Companies House 'webfiling' login and I've got a Companies House credit account but a client of mine has lost their incorporation certificate and needs a replacement and apparently they can be ordered through Companies House Direct, but HOW?? When I click on the link I just get some naff screen (circa 1995 design) asking for just a password - I've tried all the passwords I could have set up and I've checked through my emails and can't see a record of it. Anyone got any words of wisdom for me?
