Joining big four with AAT.

Hi, does anybody know what options there are for joining one of the larger accounting firms from AAT?. I can't join as a graduate role as I don't have a degree. I know you can apply for an experienced role but I would like to be able to work towards a higher professional qualification and I'm not sure if I would be up to the standards of an experienced role.
