How do I become a Member In Practice?

Hi Folks

I have almost completed my AAT and at a cross roads with regards to what to do next. One option that I am considering is becoming a member in practice.

Could some please be kind enough to explain to me how I become a MIP? What qualifications and experience would be needed? How would I get clients & where can I advertise?

Also when I do advertise, what things should I put on the adverts as to what services I can offer?

Would I need an 'office' of my own or could I do the paperwork in my bedroom?

Finally, because I haven't done this before, would you suggest I team up with an already existing MIP or do some voluntary work with them in order to gain experience?
