Today AAT published the results of a survey conducted recently, surveying SMEs about their thoughts around RTI (Real Time Information).
The results were quite disturbing. Despite the major changes to PAYE due to be implemented this April - that's under two months away - one in three of those surveyed had no knowledge of RTI.
In addition, of those who were aware of RTI, a third had no idea whether their payroll could cope with the new processes.
