voluntary work

Hi

I would need to have advice / opinion. Last summer I completed AAT, but I have not much work experience of accounting. I need work experinece so I just started accountant asssistant volunteer through my friend. I was asked to work for 7 - 8 hours a day - totally 14-16 hours a week. I do not feel right that I have worked so hard to help one colleague's work for 7 hours a day without paid. I think that 3-4 hours a day is enough, what do you think?

The colleague has not completed AAT yet, she probably finished level 2 and work as accountant assistant with paid. I feel weird to help her, but I need work experience, it is all :huh:
