Does anyone know how I can learn the specifics involved in doing farm accounts, I did some years ago but I think I need to know about valuing crops and crop yields and that kind of stuff. Any advice for a forum newbie:001_smile:

Theres is plenty about preparing farm accounts including herd basis, stock valuation, averaging rules etc all in the Tolleys tax guide see here - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tolleys-Guide-2012-2013-Claire-Hayes/dp/0754543595/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1361796650&sr=1-1Regards,
