I have been on here a while and thought I would introduce myself.

I'm Matt, I'm 28 (yesterday), I am a father of 3 boys (7, 6 and 3 month) and got stuck in my current job (security) when I was 18!

I have spent a vast amount thinking about becoming an accountant. I have finally bitten the bullet and joined the AAT and bought the materials for BA1 and BA2 from Kaplan, with the intention of sitting the exams for them in April!

I look forward to talking to you all in time to come!

I also had a career change in my late twenties, then more recently in my late forties, and completed aat last year.
