I am starting ICAS this week. can anyone give any advice on where to start how to do it? how to map things?

I would have a look at a text book report and figure out your headings first.
I personally started writing in the order of the mapping document but it took longer in the end for it to make sense so I had to rearrange it all and then do the mapping at the end.

I am submitting mine at the end of the week hopefully.

My advice is to complete the report and then undertake the mapping, that is what I did.
