Hello,
I have come across the above, part qualified accountant, so many times. I just wanted to hear from you guys does this apply to AAT qualifications. If so at what stage would you be considered "part qualified?"

No, it doesn't. Complete the AAT and you'll be an Accounting Technician.
You could refer to yourself, whilst studying for the AAT qualification, as a "part-qualified Accounting Technician" if you so wished.

the best option is just to apply for the part qualified posistion and give an honest cover letter and c.v.0
