Hi All
Wonder if anyone could advise please.
A protential client would like to become a limited and this is my first time of dealing with setting up a company.
After some research work, I know some accountants use formation agent to set up companies for their clients, for example: companiesmadesimple.
I wonder why not use CoHo. the cost is less, why is it better to use a formation agent if it is? thanks in advance.

I use CoHo- maybe people use formation agents for more complex formations, e.g. A + B shares, ordinary + preference shares0 -
The formation agent we use provides everything in a bound package, including Certificate of Incorporation printed on
card, Articles of Association, Share Certificates, Forms for minutes etc. Looks so much more professional and
presentable. As a regular customer we get 50% discount on published price, (which we pass on to our client), making it a reasonable deal.0 -
Reader and Big Wal, thank you.
