ICAS - weaknesses>

I'm doing a plan for the ICAS project and wondered what weaknesses there could be within an Accounts Receivable department.. I work in a different department. So frustrated

You could consider the following:

Separation of duties
Security/Authorisation Levels
Controls surrounding debt control/collection
Writing Off Debt
Stolen Cash

... and many more

When you complete your SWOT/PEST and brainstorm you may find many more ideas come to you.
