Client portals / online document approval

Hi all,

We've been looking at different options for sharing documents and files with clients (particularly with a view to clients sending us their accounting data... etc), as well as being able to have client approve their returns and accounts electronically.


We've looked at Iris' OpenSpace, and non-Industry specific services such as SignNow and EchoSign.


What services do others out there use?

I currently use Echosign, and Dropbox. Both can be tried for free.

Documents can be password protected, so I'm comfortable with both.

I tried SignNow, but preferred Echosign.

I also use Echosign. Had been using a custom method before but have used Echosign now for almost a year with around 200 documents signed using it with very few issues.

Echosign's looking good for approvals so far then! Thanks guys.

We use DropBox for collaborating between the team but haven't tried with clients. Any issues getting clients to use it?
