Access Denied!!!!???

I am an member in practice, but also a tutor. I logged into the new website fine, but when I want to access the study zone for my students, ie Green Light and Practice Assessments, I get the message ACCESS DENIED! Brilliant.....and I am teaching tonight.....and the helpline is closed. :mad2:
