BPP Online Classes and DRM issues.

Does anyone else who studies with BBP have issues with their online classes buffering and stop playing? I've used different PC's and different connections that are all very fast, so I know the problem isn't at my end. I've told them about it and they always try to shift the blame back on my connection (which I know isn't true).

Also BPP used to have PDF versions of the books that were downloadable and viewable on tablets, but now they have digital rights management (DRM) protection that means you’re viewing them like a live video feed. I think it's sad they haven't considered how students study, I've given them feedback on this but they don't seem to care. While media sources such as iTunes have realised its better not to use DRM, BPP have done the opposite.


I still think BBP offers a good education to me, even with the above niggles.
