New system and Green Lights

Hi all
Has anyone been able to access the Green Lights since the system was changed. I am trying for Level 4 PTX but with no success.
I don't know who's idea it was to change a perfectly good system but maybe they should have checked it worked first. I am also waiting for my project to be uploaded bu they have also changed that now requiring a purchase order no from college and they can't do that before tomorrow.
How they expect students to pass courses when they mess about with things and can't even get it right is beyond me.
