Hi All,
I have a UK client that is employed and also has their own business. She tells me that she doesn't complete a self assessment return and only has a tax return for her company, is this right? She has supplied me with her P60 for her employed job.
Thanks :001_smile:

if the business is a Ltd company and the grossed up dividends plus her salary are within the basic rate tax band then there is no need to complete a self assessment return UNLESS HMRC issue one, in which case she must complete it.0
