There's no getting around the fact that the launch hasn't gone ideally. However, we can assure you it's all hands to the pump here in terms of getting all the bugs fixed.

We're happy to report that ‘Your assessment results’ page is now live on your MyAAT account.

If you see any results on your account that you think are incorrect, or if anything is missing, please contact our team on 0845 863 0801 (UK) or +44(0)20 397 3001 (International) so we can check your records. Alternatively email us at membershipsupport@aat.org.uk

Thanks for your patience during what we know has been a very frustrating period.

    I can't see it... is this because I am a full member and as such don't get to see our exam results/dates and statements of achievement?

    I did click on assessment news and received an access denied message - you are not authorised to access this page.... again.

    Like Jo, I can not access my statement of achievement. I am sure the AAT technical team is very very busy but an update would be gratefully received....

    It's a waste of time E-Mailing because all you get is a message back saying we're busy call us. I've got 51 weeks of work experience banked that's disappeared a statement of achievement page empty. This is our futures were discussing here. I really do feel there should be a timescale given when this nightmare will be finally over. I have a FNST exam Wednesday. It's taken me a day to sign into the green light.
    I'm sorry to rant but its not good service
