I have my FNPF exam next Wednesday and I would be very grateful if you could advise me if the exam is similar format to the online practice exams.

yes it is very similar to the practice ones. I found green light and the e learning modules very helpful for this as well.

You will not be asked any questions you haven't studied. But, they word the questions differently, don't panic.
Carefully read the question and put it into a form you understand. Know the formulas and be able to explain them.
It is a hard exam, but at this level its not meant to be easy, or what's the point. Good Luck
