vat registration threshold 2013

Hello.Can anyone help me ,please? Isn't the vat registration threshold £79000 and deregistration £77000? I'm doing the green light tests and they are set to 73000 for registration and 71000 for dereg. Does anyone know if the assessments are set on the old version?

I wrote to AAT on this very question. They stipulate that AAT exams will be based on what the threshold was at the start of the academic year i.e, September 2012. The VAT threshold, therefore, for exams sep2012 to Aug2013 are set at £77000 with £75000 the deregistration. All other thresholds are exactly the same as the purple 2011/2012 book.

The purple/white kaplan book (which my tutor sold to me) covered the previous year 2011/2012. Kaplan for 2012/2013 changed its colour to pinkish.
