A plea to all members who may be involved in the offshoring of employing workers to hire out to end user clients, work for secondary intermediaries or anyone who has clients who do this.

HMRC have opened a consultation exercise on proposed law changes which may transfer employers liabilities from the original overseas employer. If you have any involvement, or any other knowledge of the practices we want to hear from you and make sure your views are contained in the AAT's formal response.
