Hi ppl<BR><BR>What are the advantages/disadvantages of group of companies for business tax purpose?<BR><BR>Thanks<BR>

    The major thing is relief of losses in 1 company against profits in another. <BR><BR>If both companies are profit making the disadvantage is that the limits are divided by the munber of companies in the group.<BR><BR>Hope that helps.
