I'm looking to do a bit of CPD on management accounting (making sure I am up to date / keeping up with new ideas) - can anyone recommend any good books?
I'm also looking for a decent book on business strategy from the point of view of (question) models to focus and prompt thinking for business problems. We are going though huge change and cost cutting in the public sector and I want to make sure that I am giving service staff the best help I can when discussing future plans.
