help! Payment on account!(personal tax)

Hi AATers,
I recently lost my confidence on payment on account and calculation of income tax.
I have checked all the resources online, and i still have no clue. My exam will be this Thursday.

I just feel VERY dispointed on me!
Could anyone give me a better explanations?
