Company credit rating

Just want to check if someone with a past poor credit rating becomes a 50% shareholder of a company, whether this could make any difference to a company's credit rating. This person would not become a director as well.

I think very very low affect.........if suppliers were to do a credit check on the company it wouldn't show, but if the bank wanted a personal credit check for an business overdraft personal quarantee then it would..........so it all depends on the credit check tbh.
