What would happen to your practice if you died?

I'm finally getting round to writing a will. Most of it is pretty straightforward so I've opted for a 'DIY' version, but I'm a bit unsure of how to deal with my business. It's a Ltd Co, I'm the sole director, have one employee and work from home. I guess that if i did die my husband could either sell the inherited company or he could employ someone else to run it, but I guess I just want to make sure that he would inherit the 'directorship' as well as the shares and that he'd be able to have access to the bank accounts etc.
