trial balance in sage instant

Can anybody help?<BR><BR>our yr end was 31/08/04 and I need to print a trial balance up to that date in sage instant - however it only brings up the bought forward option - does anyone know how to do this?<BR>Thanks

    Hi <BR><BR>It sounds like you have already year ended for last year and your looking at this years data. <BR><BR>If you have run the year end then the P&L will have cleared down and transferred to the BS therefore you cant report on prior periods. <BR><BR>Hopefully you took a year end backup if so, back up where you are now, restore your year end position and then print off what you need. Once thats done restore your current system back. <BR><BR>If you go for Line 50 you get the option to archive companies at the year end so you can do retro prints and also you get prior year report options in the Financials<BR><BR>Regards<BR><BR>Richard
