can't get into the msn study group, please help

hi, i would love to join the study group as i need all the help i can get, i have copied the web address and i always get and unrecognised page;<BR><BR>http://groups.msn.com/AATIntermediate<BR><BR>is anyone else having this problem, thanks lisa

    Hi Lisa,<BR>what's the error message? If you're on a company network it might be that msn.com domains are blocked (so that people can't use hotmail at work - unfortunately that takes out groups too). <BR>If you're getting the page but it won't let you log in, it might be your internet options. If the security settings are set too high in internet explorer, you might not be able to receive the cookie that lets you log in.<BR>Julian
