HELP ! I need user friendly travel expenses claim form !

Haya !<BR>I work for a small charity based in the UK. Some of our staff travel a fair bit overseas. They take advance and report on travel expenses form upon their return. The current forms are a real headache and I am looking for various forms samples which allow (or not ) the use of differnt currencies !
