Hi all, i have just received my copy of pass magazine and on the front it mentions "Sarbanes" as one of the hottest skills, can some one explain what this is as none of my tutors know,<BR><BR>thanks<BR><BR>Steve

The essential aim is to improve transparency in the reporting of financial matters of publicly listed companies.<BR><BR>As the most powerful financial regulator in America, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was given the job of enforcing the Act.
