Accessing MIPs database to find a MIP who is willing to act as a member

Hello, I read in the latest edition of 'Accounting Technician' about a member who consulted the database (held centrally at AAT?) of MIPs willing to act as mentors? Does anyone have any further details as to how I could obtain access to this database? I'm looking for a MIP in the Nottingham area, but would consider further afield if the work can be done remotely. In return, if they have a busy period over the next 3 months (filing accounts, helping to prepare SA tax returns etc) and might need an extra pair of hands to do any 'background' work I would be willing to help!
