Retake PCR

Hi<BR><BR>I am retaking my last unit of Tech level (PCR) in December and am finding it hard to get a study plan together. I tend to do no studying or panic and cram it all in in one go (not taking in very much in the process)!! Anyone with similar problem??<BR>I really need to work on a plan - any suggestions??<BR><BR>Thanks
