Is anybody else struggling to access CCH Online? Normally when I login I am taken directly to CCH online where I can search topics etc. but now I am taken to the homepage and I can't navigate to the search page. Any ideas anyone?
Also, has anyone used a voucher for the CCH Helpline? I was going to purchase my first one but noticed that the AAT offices are closed until 7 January, does anyone know whether I will automatically receive the voucher code online or does AAT have to process the order before I receive the voucher code? This query can't wait until 7 January and I don't want to waste £28!

I usually sign in via a link on the daily emails CCH send out that seems to be working okay today. I have never tried logging in direct to the website.
