Does the AAT have a compliance for working papers (for accounts preparation) or members in practice can follow their own style? I've been working in a firm who had regular checks from ICAEW regarding them.

    As far as I am aware the AAT do not insist on any particular working papers so you are free to create your own.

    Following a specific compliace for working papers is really annoying, more time consuming than actually preparing the final accounts itself!
