Approval of company accounts

I am curious what other members are doing with regards to the client approving the Ltd accounts, do you accept approval by email or only scanned/ posted signature pages, I know with the CT600 its easy as you have the IRmark which can be approved by email but not sure on the accounts themselves.

    Hi, I use Echosign for electronic signatures. You can send the documents as a PDF which the client electronically signs, Echosign then email a signed copy to both parties. You can do 5 documents a month free, so it's worth a look.
