February 2014 in General accounting discussion
Hi,

A client is forming an international business venture. He is UK based, one partner is located in canada, another in new zealand. Their joint client is based in Brazil.

He has asked me due to the international structure if it is better to form a ltd company or LLP.

Can anyone help with this please, is there anything else I need to consider?

THanks in advance.
