Continuity of Practice - Looking for a very simple template please.

Hi all

I am in the process of applying for MIP status and possibly need some help with the C.O.P. agreement.

I have downloaded the AAT template and I am trying to amend that to suit my needs.

All I really need (at this stage of my business) is a very simply agreement that meets the AAT's requirements and would, in the event of my death, pass all my clients over to my C.O.P. nominee (already have one) without any consideration or other complications.

I don't hold client funds or receive refunds from HMRC on behalf of clients so I am hoping this could be a very simple agreement.

Does anyone have something that I might be able to copy or use as a template please?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
