As it is the easter holidays I am unable to get in touch with my tutor.
I am about to re-sit Credit Management and Control for the third time and I really don't want to fail it a fourth time!
I think the main question that I failing at is the written question when it discusses customers then the quetion simply says, 'explain what the information says' or words to that effect.
Can anyone help me with this question and what I need to be writing?
Thanks
