Working out a baseline cost

Hi I am hoping someone might be able to help to help me or at least point me in the right direction.
I have been asked to work out a baseline cost of some yachts which are 80 years old. The staff works on the on them in winter and they go out for hire during the summer.
I know I need to work out overheads, running costs, labour etc but as the yachts are 80 years old should I be using the figures from a previous year reports and add a contingency?
I will not be able to find the original costs of building the yachts as the company has changed hands a few times, I only know that one of the yachts was built in 1947 and cost £313 1 Shilling and fivepence.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
