Entrepreneur's relief and FHL

Good afternoon,
I have a couple of queries on the sale of a chalet in France in Feb 2014, and would appreciate your input or any recommendation on where to look for more info in the legislation:
1. the property sold was a FHL so would it qualify for Entrepreneur's Relief?
2. French tax has been paid on the capital gains so I assume foreign tax credit relief can also be claimed
3. If the gain were to be reinvested to buy a flat in London, would rollover relief apply?
