"the cost of accommodation that will be used inn the benefit in kind computation"
In this question the extension which falls into the tax 13/14 is not included ,out of interest i am just wondering in 14/15 would this then be included ?

Correct. Capital improvements in the tax year will be included for the next tax year.0
